A contract between Unions and Employer Associations that sets minimum wages, holidays, and rules for a whole industry.
Why this matters to Expats.
If you work in construction, hospitality, IT, or retail, a GAV might protect you better than the law. It often mandates 13th month salary and higher minimum wages.
